Retirement Matters brings together circa 150-200 of the good and the great of the industry to thrash out the challenges in the retirement space. This will include retirement decision makers from the UK advisers and wealth managers (with AUM >£100m); workplace, actuarial and employee benefit consultants; and pension trustees.
The agenda pledges an in-depth examination of various topics such as finance, health, technology, regulations, and the intriguing question surrounding absent workers—where have they disappeared to, and what factors, including the possibility of ageism, might be influencing their absence?
As a delegate, you are the senior individual whose role is to set your firm’s business and investment strategy when it comes to addressing the needs of your clients as they approach and enter retirement.
However, there are other aspects to retirement; healthcare provision, leveraging property wealth, tax (including inheritance provision), longevity, changing demographics, degrees of risk and regulatory oversight etc.
