James established Owen James in 2005 to support the financial services sector in navigating industry challenges. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, live music, football and skiing.

Daniel joined in 2023 having worked within sales and financial services for almost twenty years and during that time has created many meaningful relationships along the way.

Dan is passionate about cycling and exploring new places.

Steph joined in 2018 as Head of Marketing and rose to Chief Operating Officer the following year.

In her spare time, Steph is the captain of a local netball team, loves to read a good book, visit the theatre and escape to faraway destinations - when she can.

Steph is also a social butterfly and has been bridesmaid 14 times! 

Elena joined in March 2023 with a strong passion for crafting innovative marketing strategies that engage audiences.

Elena loves dancing to Latin music, creating art and discovering new places.

Henry joined the Owen James marketing team in 2024 armed with 2 years of B2B sales experience and a masters in Digital Marketing. 

Henry loves catching the odd film at the cinema and is a die-hard Seattle Seahawks fan.

John has been with Owen James since 2017, leading the delegate team, and fostering key relationships.

John is an avid cricketer and a loyal West Ham supporter.

Mark joined the delegate team in March 2022 with the task to bring together top executives from the Wealth Management and Private Banking industry for great quality discussion on varied topics.

Mark enjoys football, cricket, tennis and has a love for films.

Clare joined in December 2021, starting as a Conference Relationship Manager before transitioning to delegate recruitment.

Clare enjoys playing PC games, streaming and building Lego.

Rebecca joined in January 2022 to design impactful conference agendas.

Rebecca (Becs) enjoys quality TV, hiking mountains in summer and skiing down them in winter.

Taylor joined in August 2024, driven by her passion for seeing event concepts come to life.

Outside of work, Taylor loves to travel and experience new places (especially sunny places!), loves to play netball and participates in training and matches weekly.

Beth joined in August 2023 and thrives on working across various venues and managing logistics.

Beth enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active at the gym.

Georgia joined in October 2024, following her enthusiasm for the events industry.

Georgia is an avid runner and loves exploring far-flung destinations.
