Owen James joins Consumer Duty Alliance as Affiliate Member
Owen James has joined the Consumer Duty Alliance (CDA) as an Affiliate Member, supporting the Alliance’s work to promote good practice and better consumer outcomes across the personal finance sector.
Owen James works with senior leaders across financial advice and wealth management, bringing firms together to discuss the commercial, regulatory and operational issues affecting the sector.
The affiliation will give Owen James another route to contribute to industry discussion around Consumer Duty, while supporting greater sharing of good practice across the profession.

The Consumer Duty Alliance will also join Owen James at Festival of Finance in Birmingham on 29 September.
