Andy has worked for Mercer for over 16 years, in a number of roles based in both the UK and the US. Andy has extensive experience supporting multinational companies, including 5 years working on the West Coast with some of the largest, fast growing technology companies. Recent projects include:

Lift out of a $30B DB & DC pensions and investments team for a large Multinational in the US.

Managing Mercer’s team to implement a global transformation project across retirement, benefits and technology for a Technology company spanning 40+ countries and 100,000 employees.

Building out structures and processes at a Pharma company to redesign their pensions strategy as a result of significant inorganic and organic growth.

Transforming a multinational’s pension obligations ($4B+) across their key markets to maximise efficiencies.

Andy has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with First Class Honours in Mathematics from Lancaster University, and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA).
