Andy has worked for Mercer for over 16 years, in a number of roles based in both the UK and the US. Andy has extensive experience supporting multinational companies, including 5 years working on the West Coast with some of the largest, fast growing technology companies. Recent projects include:

Tom became managing director of Trajectory in 2018 having joined the business in 2009. Tom has delivered some of our most complex and high profile projects, for clients including Dignity, Natural England, Fair4All Finance, Royal London, the General Medical Council, Vodafone, Macmillan Cancer Support, BEIS and Greene King.
