Tom became managing director of Trajectory in 2018 having joined the business in 2009. Tom has delivered some of our most complex and high profile projects, for clients including Dignity, Natural England, Fair4All Finance, Royal London, the General Medical Council, Vodafone, Macmillan Cancer Support, BEIS and Greene King. He’s expert in qualitative research and quantitative research (including research with vulnerable consumers) and a suite of futures techniques, particularly horizon scanning, scenario planning, PESTLE analysis and Delphi.
